Refund Policy.

Anno MMXXVI · Reader-funded

The Bureau is reader-funded by design. Our policy on refunds is meant to be plain and fair — stated once, here.

This policy covers digital products and memberships sold under Dividend Forensics Bureau and See What Others Miss, both operated by 구정모 (Jeong-Mo Goo). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
— I · Digital products —

Our products are digital. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing dividendforensics@gmail.com with your order ID. We grant refunds for purchases that are unused or substantially unaccessed within this window.

— II · Memberships —

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time and will keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for a period already begun, except where required by law. A renewal charge is refundable if requested within 14 days of that charge.

— III · Statutory rights —

Consumers in the EU, UK, and other regions may hold a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right, it may not apply once access begins. Nothing in this notice limits rights you hold under applicable law.

— IV · How to request —

Email dividendforensics@gmail.com with your order ID and a brief reason. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
