Refund & cancellation status.
1. Before any paid offering opens
If DFB later offers a paid digital product or recurring membership, the applicable checkout and product page will state the price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before payment is accepted. Those terms will also be reflected on this page before the paid offering is treated as open.
2. Mandatory rights
Nothing on this page is intended to remove consumer rights that apply under mandatory law in a purchaser’s jurisdiction.
3. Delivery or support problems
If a free report does not arrive, a download link fails, or you have a question about a future order, contact dividendforensics@gmail.com. If a transaction is processed by an external merchant or payment provider, any provider-specific refund mechanics will also be subject to that provider’s process.
4. Membership cancellation
Because the Structural Income Desk is not currently open for payment, there is no active DFB membership cancellation flow on this site. Cancellation terms will be published before recurring billing is enabled.
